What You’ll Do:
- Manage a diverse workload, represent clients in Tribunals and courts, and provide practical, accessible advice
- Work closely with the team on client projects and contribute to business development efforts

- Proven expertise in employment law with the ability to manage tasks independently, supported by the team as needed
- Strong client relationship skills and a proactive approach to business development
- Experience mentoring junior team members and leading on key projects
